" No shipping damage was evident viewing the carton containing the product. However the merchandise had suffered minor rough handling damage and obviously had been repackaged using used cardboard from other products. Likely a return from a previous customer? Anyway repair of the tank stand flange was easily accomplished and I added a coat of Flex Seal to the top and bottom of the flange incase the factory coating had been compromised. There was also was a quarter inch deep golf ball size dent in located at the upper shoulder of the tank. This is the air second of the tank and I've determined it will have no effect on the intended tank performance,
If Pex Universe was aware of the blemish's and shipped it anyway they performed a need service for me. I needed the the pressure tank and they got the job done at a reasonable price. Thanks, "
