I really like PexUniverse and order from them quite a bit. But with this order, they cashed my check and then asked me to wait two months (maybe more) before they would ship my parts to me. No thanks! I asked for a refund and I'll try and find parts from another supplier. They had no issue with issuing a refund and they're generally pretty reliable. Even when they've got the order wrong (quite often), they're prompt to fix it. TBH: if they'd not billed me until the order was shipping, then I'd have just left the order in place, but the "bill me now, ship months from now" practice just didn't fly with me.

So, they're fabulous, but they totally dropped the ball on this one particular "out of stock" order. Only order from the menu!"
