"“Ships in 3-5 days” on an item apparently means “special order” in their language. The distinction is huge since special orders are not returnable. They first tried to say the item shows as “special order”, but then said “that’s what ships means”. Then they lied, saying I was told it was special order when I verified my credit card. That (having to verify the card) was a different language altogether too since I was told via email that my addresses didn’t match, so I had to call to verify them. Once connected l, they said that despite what the email says, since I’m a new customer, I have to provide the credit card over the phone. Bad all around, with deliberately poor communication. "
