"Called and emailed that I cancelled order on June 22nd at 10:00 am was told refund would be in later that day, called again on Monday June 25th was told will be back in my account by end of day or first thing the next morning. Have left numerous messages and emails for Terry the owner and have not received any replies back, employees I have talked to there said Terry is the only one who can reverse the payment and he has not made any effort to resolve the situation. Have email him everyday and called him 3-4 times a day and no response. Today is now Thursday June 28th and my refund is nowhere to be found. I have spent upwards of $ 15,000 with this company over the past 8 years and referred over 100 friends and family to them, why can I not get a response."

I have tried to contact them about my order, that I ordered an entire month ago, by phone 7 times during business hours which they only answered two of those and by email twice which they haven’t answered either. I was told my order would be here 3 weeks ago. I’ve been asking for a refund and they ignore my calls and emails. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I am in shock at how terribly ran this business is. The people who have written good reviews on here must be family/friends that they needed help from. I will be filing a credit dispute."
"Wish I would have seen these bad reviews prior to ordering, having the same bad experience! Ordered parts, credit card was charged, no shipment has occurred almost 1 month later. They even state they won't charge until product ships! They do not respond to polite inquiries. Stay away from this company no matter how good the deal seems, a couple of bucks isn't worth the hassle if you ever actually want to receive your order!"
"I ordered a motorcycle fender on April 4, 2018 I didn’t receive it until May 7th. Every time I called they kept telling me I should have my vendor in a few days. I’ve contacted them about five times throughout the month. They kept telling me they would give me a tracking number by email and never did. I would not recommend this company to anybody. They are totally unprofessional."
"Worst online ordering experience I’ve ever had.
Ordered a full kraftech hardtail frame from them two years ago because they promised the best delivery time and shipping cost.
A month after ordering, I get an email saying they need another $350 in shipping - in addition to the $196 id already spent. Took almost a full YEAR after that to get my frame, and now (two years and three months later) I still don’t even have the MSO for it.
I spent $2,300 here and all I have to show for it is a fancy piece of metal I can’t do anything with. "
"I ordered online over the weekend. A little problem at first. After I called and talked with them, my order got shipped a week later. Found out the part was coming into their store on Monday, and the parts were at my house by Friday. They had the "hard to find" side covers for my 2015 Kawasaki Vulcan Classic 900 LT. Already setting up items for my next purchase. Most of their prices are better then elsewhere. Once we got on same page, transaction went smoothly. Thank you."
"Long story short. I ordered a seat for my Harley 2/16/18 in plenty of time to receive it by my ride date 4/20/18. It is now 7 to 8 weeks later and no seat. I called them 4/5/18 and they said a manager will look into my order and call me back. Ummm crickets. Have called them today and emailed friday and today, ummmm more crickets. I called the seat manufacture they never got my order from Phat ****. However they took my order and promise seat delivered to Utah they 18 of April so I can still go on my ride 4/20/18

"Well, in a nut shell, the rest of the reviews are right just like my experience. They claim to have to item in stock, but dont. They wouldnt return calls or emails. Couldnt get a refund so I had to file a dispute with paypal in order to receive my refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. YOU WONT GET YOUR PRODUCT AND JUST LOSE AND HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. STAY AWAY. Much better companies to work with out there. Hope this helps the next person."
