"I ordered 3 shampoo's on December 24, 2021. I did not get an acknowledgement for this order for a few days. I called the Philosophy's customer telephone number and spoke to one of your representatives. She told me the order was lost, couldn't find it, and was so glad that I called them. She reordered the same product and told me not to worry about the first order. Two days later I get an UPS advisory that the first order is indeed coming. I called again and the Philosophy rep stated that she would cancel this order and UPS would not make a delivery it would come back to them. In the meantime I was charged against my bank account and then the second, the reorder came, and I was charged for that also. To this day and another call I still don't have the credit for the first order. When I called the third time the representative told me they can't give credit until they receive the order first. I tried to explain that I didn't cancel the order, they did. To no avail. UPS did deliver the first order back to them Thursday but again I haven't had credit to my account. "
