"I received a bottle of Ballet Rose with broken pump. The pump was completely busted when I opened the package. I contacted customer service and was told there was a process in order for them to send a new pump out. She would need to email me a link where I would have to upload photos in order to get a new pump. I tried upload photos, but the system was not working and I kept getting an error message for 3 days. I contacted customer service again and this time they gave me an email address to upload pictures. This really just seems like the run around and a whole lot just to get a pump on an item that was received defective. She also knew which item of the 4 before I even told her which makes me think I'm not the only one. Philosophy should offer better customer service in this manner. I will not order from their site directly again with anything that requires a pump which apparently is special ordered. "
"Placed 3 orders and it took 2 1/2 weeks to get them. The last order placed on 3/2/21 has not arrived. I have called Customer Service so many times to get my orders they know me. Love their products but actually need to get them. They need to fix their shipping issues. Very frustrating!"
