Charter Up and Phoenix Charter Bus Service show nice shiny buses on their website. Our bus was old and rattled down the road. Dirty grime throughout. Ridiculous rules such as no drinks or food on the bus. The Charter Up agent had the nerve to say we would be charge a clean up fee if we take drinks and food on the bus, WTF!!! Charter Up agents don't mention any of this when booking. They just want the your money. NO Wifi, TV monitors, power plugs."
