"I've been using them for a few years and have been extremely satisfied with the service, cost and flexibility. Way more cost effective that VOIP which become expensive with taxes and equipment maintenance (yeah - they break down a couple of years and then have to pay for it). In VOIP we also don't end up using it to the fullest to justify the fixed monthly billing. I like the pay as you go model with PhoneIndia."
"Phoneindia does offer good service at reasonable rates. One improvement that I would like to see happen is customers will be able to change the start date of their monthly plan. The voice credit is bit expensive compared to monthly plan, and something one uses all the minutes of the monthly plan before the renewal date. In such situation, I had to buy voice credits couple of times. That's lot less minutes and more money! "
"I am not satisfied with the service as it says on the website Minute Rounding, but does not explain how exactly it works. I got only 1160 out of my 1200 minutes. Which means I wasted 40 mins in minute rounding. If phone India would be bit more specific then I would be more efficient in managing my minutes. This is due to lack of information where I lost my 40 mins and not sure if other guys using phone India are aware about the same.
How does it work –For e.g. –If your call duration is 5 mins and 2 second you will be charged for 6 mins.
So 58 sec are lost and you are charged for the secs you have not used.
I have logged a ticket with phone India let’s see what is the outcome.

Reply to Customer service- My question was pointing out a mistake that cost me 40 mins and rather than rectifying the error you are comparing Phone India with other companies. FYI I paid you guys and not any other company so I don't care about their rounding system. Please be more helpful and don’t give any stupid remarks. This shows how efficient Customer Service team can assist you if you point an error.
