Multiple phone messages, emails and return processes have yielded nothing...not even an automated email reply saying they received the email.

"I ordered an OEM iphone 6 battery replacement. The battery arrived when expected, but it doesn't work at all (doesn't charge and doesn't have enough charge to do anything but power the red "dead battery" image on the screen. I contacted customer support 3 times with no response so far:
* I placed the order at noon on Wednesday. It shipped the following Monday and arrived the following Thursday. So much for their "order by 3pm for same day shipping" promise.
* 1st response via email - says they'll get back to me in 3 business days, it's been 4 and nothing but the original "we got your message" auto-email
* I called customer support number the next day and after waiting on hold for about 15 seconds the automatic "all agents are busy, leave a message". I did, and haven't heard back.
* I waited 4 days after my original email and called again and got the same 15 seconds and forwarded to leave a message.
* I tried using the "Chat" during normal business hours and it immediately went to the "enter your information and someone will get back to you" menu.
* They have a Norton guarantee so I created a dispute but heard nothing back after creating the dispute.
I don't believe they have customer support at this point and meanwhile it's been 2 weeks since I ordered my battery replacement and my phone is useless unless it's plugged in. The price was good and I thought I could trust them because off the mostly positive reviews. Maybe all their customer support folks are doing their reviews because they either have a LOT of customer issues to deal with, or they have no customer support. Either way, this is not a company to trust.
UPDATE: 9-Oct-2019 I found a vendor on EBay with free shipping and lower cost for the battery. It arrived 2 days later and works great. So, now I'm trying to just get my refund. I checked Norton on 13-Oct to see if there's been any reply and I notice there's a "send message to vendor" button at the very bottom. I sent a message stating my frustration and today, 14-Oct I got 3 responses from Jason (title says Customer Service Manager) at PPworld saying "you never contacted us. I'm here to help". So, I chronicled all my ways that I did indeed contact them and I have response emails to prove it and I'm awaiting a response from Jason. Oh, and separate email from PPworld requested I create a password for an account they created for me at phonepartworld.zendesk.com. I created a password and I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with it now. "
