I purchased not one but two events from photocardsdirect. 1 group of Thank you cards for my wedding and 1 group (much larger) for my Christmas cards and as I confirmed by phone on 12/15 that my order of Christmas cards would be shipped next day air to arrive on Sat by 5pm then received and email when the order shipped that it would arrive next day air, Sat by 5pm. When I tracked the order after only recieving the wedding (which is NOT TIME SENSITIVE) the package is not coming until Dec 22nd, 5 days from now! YOU CAN NOT GET XMAS CARDS OUT ON 12/22. NOW I HAVE NO CHANCE OF GETTING CARDS OUT BECAUSE I CHOSE TO DO BUSINESS THIS YEAR WITH THIS COMPANY. BIG MISTAKE. HOW CAN YOU MESS THIS UP WHEN YOU TELL ME VERBALLY AND IN AN EMAIL. UNBELIEVEABLE and there is no one available by phone to assist me until Monday. 11HA7018 for 50 of design # U18DAC2 shipped via FedEx Next Day by 5pm on December 15, 2011."

"Well the process started off very rough. My picture did not import clearly into the card so I spent hours trying to adjust it and figure out what was wrong. I called the tele# and they were closed but returned my call promptly the next day. She had me send her the picture I was working with and she said it was fine. So I proceeded to insert it and still looking blurry I crossed my fingers that when they arrived they would be great! Well I didn't have to wait for my order because she called me once again to confirm that my picture looks great in the card. They arrived and I was very very pleased with the result."
