"I bought many DVD from Pic-N-save.com and they were perfect. The ad at pic-n-save.com said that all their DVDs are purchased in bulk from wholesalers, most of which are purchased from DVD rental places that went out of business. They guarantee that they will replace any defective DVDs so I bought with confidence."

"Purchased a DVD but when it was delivered, it was not a US retail version but rather a promotional or bootleg copy missing all the usual bonus material. Was never advertised as such and I don't even know if it is a legal copy!"
