BUYER BEWARE! They don’t insure their shipments and if you don’t get your purchase in mail, then you don’t get your money back!

"I did not get shipment as it was stolen off porch but found out that Pick Your Plum does not insure shipments so lost $93!"

Can't even admit when they screw up an order!

"I ordered 6 pair, they sent 4, then blamed me!

Just how we're the 1st 4 pair delivered to the exactly correct address???!!! (All 6 pair were paid for & ordered at EXACTLY the same time???!!!

Personalized order was very damaged

"I ordered my husband a customized cigar himador for Christmas. Turns out I accidentally ordered 2, I contacted customer service and recieved a response in a very timely manner. However, since my order was customized they could not cancel or accept a return which is fine, the error was on my part. When I received the order I did not open them. I only wrapped them to be opened on Christmas day by my husband. To my dissatisfaction, both cigar himadors were damaged. The wood on each is discolored in numerous spots which looks like the wood was scraped or possibly exposed to water as the himador itself is a dark cherry color and the damaged areas are lighter. I am definitely not happy with these items as the damage to both of them is significant. I will not be ordering again from this company due to my experience on these items. "

No customer support

"I tried all weekend to order something. Sent an email saying there was a problem. Tried to order again on Mon still not able. The support staff said oh sorry. Fpund the sweat shirt someplace else. I feel sorry for people selling on this site. G. BALDRIDGE"

Don’t sell with them

"After years of being a dedicated fan of this company I signed up to become a vendor. After numerous attempts of listing and not making any sales I received an email stating my items were late to ship. Shocked that there was no notifications that anything even sold I rushed to get the orders out to the customers even paying extra on speedy shipping. A month goes by with no payment from Pickyourplum. I reached out to them and they sent a payment stating “payment 2 of 2”. I never even received the first payment. Reached out again only to be told there will be no first payment since it was taken out for late shipment fees. Nothing in the original contract stated any such fee charges. So after eating shipping cost they took more then half of what I earned. What a joke! Never doing business with this company again!"

"Items ordered never arrived, was sent a false tracking number. Only response from company is an automated Response.... completely worthless. I will have to fight this with my credit card company. Do yourself a favor.... don’t buy. I recommend the similar company Jane.... they are honest and not a scam company like pick your plum "

Crappy Customer Service

"I ordered an item on 11/27/17 and the item clearly stated that items would ship and arrive before Christmas.
It is now 11/21/17 and I still do not have the items I ordered. I did not actually think that the promise of receiving items before Christmas meant the day of Christmas. I needed these items by tomorrow as I am traveling and would like to take my gifts with me.
Each time I reach out to Customer Service they take 3 days to respond (not sure why they cannot respond in a more timely manner) and every time they "respond" they "Close out the request" and say it has been "Resolved". It has not been resolved and I would like someone to please take some accountability and responsibility.
The last time I emailed them they "closed out my request as resolved" because my items have shipped. They are currently in NV which is across the country from where my items need to be. It is 12/21 and there is no way I will get my items in time.
Vastly disappointed.

Pulling back up!

"Loved PickYourPlum in the beginning! I know they went through a management change and I didn't like it when that happened, but I've seen a huge improvement after they got rid of the lemons. Great Deal Site!!!

"I have purchased numerous orders over the years. I love how many products are personalized, how many products are offered at one time, and also how fresh the rotation of products is. They seem right on top of the trends vs some of the other sites. I also enjoy that they offer name brand/boutique products all the way down to party favors etc. A favorite site of this mom of four! Took Course & Loved It!!

"Not sure how credible this site is, but thought it reasonable to share. I've learned so much in Alison J Prince's course!!! I took it, followed her steps, felt the personal accountability as I progressed, and I've sold product, made profit, and increased my bank account. I am now developing my personal brand, which she also teaches (it's a step process if you want it that way). Alison has been incredibly transparent with information, and it has blown my mind how much she tells us. She gives her own personal contacts and shares her experiences with each. If you're looking at a program, this has blown my socks off!! BUT BEWARE, for this program to work, Alison removes every barrier, and you are left with yourself. I had to face real doubts I had about my ability to select, look for solutions, dig my heels in to learn the processes instead of listening to my worries. I think if I had to offer one piece of advise, it would be... listen and follow. She'll show you her wins (like the backend of her stores). When doubt enters your picture, and it will, look for the solutions and know they are there. Don't get sidetracked with failing options. The support, answers, and success is there. I love it!! I have never Ms Alison (yet), but I have been incredibly pleased with my outcomes. As far as her reseller experience... I purchased one item, received it, and it was as shown. I was pleased. I have talked to their staff in my experience, and they are stellar and attentive. If there is anything I would improve, it would be for me to not allow self-doubt in my success - ever!"

I've been there from day one and still in love with PYP!

"I have been a loyal PYP customer since the very beginning and it's only gotten better with time. Deals and prices are spot on and customer service has been nothing short of AMAZING! For the past couple of months I have been selling my own products on their site and fell even more in love with their company. My first stop for mom deals

"I've had great experiences ordering from Pick Your Plum. There's always fun and beautiful things for me to wear or decorate my home. My boys saved and bought themselves fidget spinners for a fraction of the cost in stores. And they're still playing with them months later.
