"I'm sorry to say that Picture Frame Guys failed miserably to communicate by email or telephone, and took 16 business days to fulfill my order, contrary to their FAQ which say 3-5 business days to create the frame and 1-5 business days to ship it. I needed a frame for a particular event that took place 14 business days after my order. After 10 business days went by I tried to contact them by telephone. After waiting 4 minutes on the phone, they gave me an answering machine. I left a message to cancel my order at that point. Then a few hours later they shipped my frame, using UPS ground, which ensured that it would arrive late. If they had picked up the phone to speak with me or answered my emails, we could have arranged a faster method that would have gotten the frame to me on time. They could not be bothered apparently. Very poor customer service to say the least. I emailed them telling them about their poor service. No reply back, not surprising!
