The first time I ordered, customers could review drafts and send back feedback, until the final draft was exactly what they wanted. Now there is a $10 charge for that service, but it is worth every penny. For me, in both cases, it took a few iterations to get the rendering to my exact specifications, but their professionals were extremely fast, responsive and on point!
