"The website worked great. We got 3 dog tags and 1 heart with wings, all engraved on the back. The items came very quickly, less than 5 days. We were able to show them to my husband before he died. The quality is excellent Except for the leather necklace. It was the width, texture, and bendiness of an electrical wire. We expected it to be smooth and at least three to four times thicker. The packaging was nice except two of the necklaces went in the wrong charm box. We fixed thebissue but the mis-boxing shows a lack of attention to detail. We will order from you again."
