"You hope I get it soon?? You don’t think maybe you should re-send and expedite the shipment as well? Additionally, you’ve given two different reasons for the delay, and then repeated one of them because you’re giving canned responses and not bothering to re-read before you push send. And I do not live in an apartment which is obvious from my ADDRESS.
The tracking number reveals my order HAS NEVER LEFT CHINA because there is no further record of its progress on the USPS tracking since Dec. 13:

Outcome:
Any company can make a mistake, but then to lie about the transport, rather than investigate the tracking number as I did, or better still, send the wallet immediately by fastest shipment possible and discount it dramatically--that's how you lose a customer. Now they have a ticked off anti-pierrebuy who is alerting other customers and AMAZON. This bunch is a highly organized scam. And from the other reviews, which I wish I had read first, I suspect I will never receive the wallet, and if I do it will probably be poor quality. But at least I can add to the warnings on every review site I can find and everywhere its ads appear."
