"I bought this pillow to replace the one I have (it’s a couple years old). The shipping was fast, even during these holidays. I’m a little disappointed that the pillow I received is much thinner than the old one I have. I don’t know if manufacturing changed or if these pillows get fluffier as they are older. The pillow I received also has a different smell which leads me to believe they are using different materials. The pillow does feel more dense than my old one and it does provide good support. "
