Got it first very fast shipping came within a week, second I did not like it so I contacted them about exchanging and they swapped it for the pillow I told them I was looking to get and then before I know it 3 days later it’s at my house very soft and they also sent a return label with it. Did not ask for the original pillow back before shipping other pillow."
