"It's amazing just how bad Pill Pack is. From their pharmacy, to their customer service... I haven't had a single good interaction with them.

Pill Pack literally doesn't care if they get my moms medications right, and couldn't care less if she were to die. They doubled her prescription medication, and if I hadn't caught it, she may have died! When I told them about this, they tried to lie about it and blame me (even pulling up an chat session - which actually proved it was their fault). When I explained this proves they messed up and lied about it, they just ended our chat.

They couldn't lie their way out of their mistake, so they just stopped talking to me.

One star is entirely too generous for Pill Pack.

I just recently received my first pillpack order and I absolutely could not be more pleased than what I am; about what I received from this company! The fact that I no longer have to go to the pharmacy for my prescriptions or that I no longer have to get out all of my prescription bottles on a weekly basis and fill my weekly pill container is absolutely amazing! With pillpack.com your medication is sent directly to you in your mail, you open the box and your medication is all ready for you to take! Pillpack does all of the work for you, all you have to do is sign up (which is also incredibly easy to do!) and your medication is sorted out by them in these easy to tear off daily squares that you just than tear open and take your medication.
I very highly recommend this company to ANYONE that takes medication on a daily basis, I've already got both of my elder parents signed up who take several different medications now in their older age. They will no longer forget a dosage or mess up a dosage by putting in too many pills or accidentally missing a day because they don't have the greatest of vision anymore when they are doing their weekly plastic pill containers!
