"I ordered a pilot headset over a month ago. Still received nothing at all. Can't get in contact with them. It's impossible to get them on the phone and they don't respond to several emails I send. I'm afraid my money has gone.

"Laid out $650 for Lightspeed headset with overnight shipping. needed them next day for flight. made order, checked status, they applied ground shipping!!! called immediately, spoke to CSR who said she fixed and it would go out that day as overnight. checked next morning, order still said "processing", contacted them immediately, got CSR manager, Claudia, who proceeded to say her CSR did not tell me, what I stated above. Said she was sympathetic, yet offered nothing for the SNAFU. I asked for a discount, only got $25 store credit. So I tried to use that, only to find out that not only the CSRs were unhelpful, but their accounting dept. is inept also. no credit on account, several conversations later and more poor customer service, I might get the product."

"I bought the Jeppesen Private Pilot Kit here. It was priced very low at $137 with free shipping(retail is $250 and lowest online price elsewhere is $160 + Shipping). Still wondering if it was a scam I placed an order. I got the product a couple of days back. Everything was brand new and as promised and better still it was the 2008 version that is just out.

I highly recommend this store. Very low prices. Customer service is excellent - I called in to enquire if I can expedite it. The person I spoke to gave me options clearly without pushing anything onto me and was very polite.

This will be the first place I will check for my aviation supplies from now on. "
