"I needed the product on December 6 @ Dallas TX and it arrived one day earlier! Customer Support gave me fast answers and all details about the shipment! They told me that the product will arrive in time an it did...
The only little detail I had is that I received an automatic response with my tracking number stating that was shipped via UPS when it was shipped via FEDEX so, I needed to check on both pages to look for my package... Because the link you send me for the tracking was incorrect.
