"Custom ordered a swing set, approved by the staff and paid for in full. Different incomplete swing set delivered six months later, filed a dispute, requested to speak to a supervisor for three months, was over charged on the set to begin with, then on the second delivery during the height of Covid the swing set still was incomplete and wrong. Company refused to even reply to our email regarding this. Five months later they sent us to collections for an incomplete wrong colored item set that they refuse to fix. Don’t use this company, be warned it’s a makeshift company that knows nothing about the great products the Amish folks make and sell, buy directly and don’t let this unprofessional husband and wife team of Mike Lennox and his wife Chrissy Lennox treat you like like they treated my family. Worst company we have delt with in 16 Years of home ownership and over 25 years of purchasing across the country."
"No communication to correct issues on our swingset. So disappointed! We now have the wrong color (we paid to upgrade to a premium wood color). Not only was it the wrong color but we were a month and half past the original delivery date. Waited an entire day for them to never show up or return my phone call. Came a week later and admitted that I had ordered and what was made was incorrect. I was told to have it set up and Mike would be in touch within 24 hours. We are now weeks later and I have sent emails, called several times with NO answers. This is a very well built swingset so the fact that the customer service has been so horrible is absolutely disappointing. "

"I bought a wagon for my daughter’s Christmas gift. The wagon was supposed to be hot pink, but when we opened the box it turned out to be this salmon pink color that was not at all like the pictures. I then emailed pinecraft and quickly heard back that they would look into it. That was almost 3 weeks ago. Despite multiple emails and phone calls (they never have anyone to answer the phone; your only option is to leave a message) I can not get anyone there to talk to me. No emails, no return calls, nothing.
This company has a complete lack of respect for their customers. What started with a minor problem with color has turned into a major issue due to their lack of customer service. Avoid this company at all cost!!!"
