"I am so upset with Pink Princess! My draughts First Holy Communion was today May 9th. I had originally purchased her a dress weeks ago from Nordstrom. Last weekend my daughter admitted she didn't like the dress and really wanted something else *sigh*. I agreed that if we cld find one and have it shipped in time, then we would return the other and but her new one. She found the one on Pink Princess and loved it. I agreed to purchase it for her. The dress arrived on Wednesday afternoon to my office. I took it out of the box and hung it up as is. The dress was wrapped in a clear plastic and hung on a plastic hanger. Because the dress was white, I left it in the bag to make sure it stayed perfect! On Friday evening when I got home from work with the dress, I took it out of the bag to show my husband. When I took off the plastic my husband noticed that the sleeve was ripped (it had a sheer organza sweetheart neckline).the plastic hangers slits must have gotten caught and ripped the sleeve. I called PINK PRINCESS and emailed them twice at ****@**** begging someone to contact me. I am only about 1-2 hours from there location and figured I could send my husband up at 6am to collect a new dress. They never bothered to call or email me back. My daughter was so very upset. I had to try and fix the sleeve, which looked ridiculous. There was no where open early enough on Saturday to go buy a new dress for her. This wasn't a random item that could easily be swapped out. It was a very special day for is and I'm so sad that my daughter was so upset over her dress. The importance of this day is so much greater then a dress, but such a disappointment that she felt so sad about it. I trusted this company based off reviews. I hope my review helps someone make there decision. The dress was "inexpensive" at $60, $73 with tax and shipping, but not worth it. It was cheap looking and poorly made. I WISH I had kept her original dress :("
