"I recently bought a Malleus NIN poster here. The poster they sold me had an indentation on the paper stock in the lower right corner. So I contacted a person who for the sake of anonymity I'll call "Cram". Cram said some posters had this issue and some don't. Cram basically played down the issue I brought and told me this is normal. I then asked him if I can have another copy that doesn't have this issue. Cram then stopped responding. The poster Cram sold me is not a mint copy, folks. How can it be mint when there are copies that doesn't have this flaw? This seller is dishonest and unhelpful. Be careful when purchasing from this shady dealer and inspect your posters carefully. Who knows how many posters they are selling that they are passing off as "mint" that actually has defects and imperfections.
EDIT: To add, I initially asked for a refund or replacement and was ignored. Only until I filed for a Paypal claim was when they offered to give me a refund. I also purchased a copy of this same poster directly from Malleus themselves in San Francisco and that copy doesn't have this flaw."
