"Shameless Company. Took payment via PayPal, but order never came. Outwitted me with Paypal case escalation dates vs their ETA date. Once passed ETA date, I was unable to open anymore PayPal case as a result. After sales service refused to check if Paypal payment was collected. PayPal refused to provide in writing that payment has been credit to PipingRock.

When I double checked the "Order Summary" it was for $49.20. I could understand them adding $3.95 for shipping but mysteriously my $10.00 discount disappeared. The chat host said I received a discount of $11.29. No such discount was anywhere on the invoice. For my inconvenience he offered a $5 discount. I declined and cancelled the order.
