They don’t guarantee same day shipping after 3pm but that doesn’t mean it won’t happen because I didn’t order until after 4 and it still shipped that day, I assume it just depends on how busy they are. They will still ship it same day if they have a chance to get to it. The part came packed very well with enough parking to keep it safe but not too much packing. The dryer installation we could only use one bracket and the second bracket needs to be modified. We would prefer if these items were made in USA vs China. The difference between metric & standard applications makes installation more difficult. "
