"I bought a part and didn't need it. I know there is a cost for them to return a part, but it is also called customer service. I won't buy again when 20% plus shipping is charged just to return. Almost half the cost of the part is what was charged to return it. Throwing these flat fees on everything makes it not worth buying from. I won't buy again."
"Ordered wrong one and sent message at the same time but was sent anyways. They cancelled and got refund after they received it back ( 2 weeks ). Tried to order correct one but was sold out so had to wait 3 weeks for it to be back in stock. Reordered and received within a few days with free shipping. would of been nice if they would of sent the correct one when the wrong one was rerouted back to them."

"I never received my package even though it said delivered. I reported it to the company and the rep told me I would receive an email the next day with the verdict. Waited 4 days, no response. I called back and the next time rep told me that I had to wait for the delivery company to respond which could take 8 calendar days. As of today, still no response and out of 165$"
