Ordered the wrong part on Saturday I called on Monday and the part was already shipped as I expected. I called and the package was received the same 2 days after I called but it took them about 2 weeks to process the return and another couple days for the refund. "

"Purchased an ac cpmpressor from Pitstop that was very very inexpensive compared to other suppliers and a filter/accumulator along with it because they had the posted if the filter was not replaced along with the compressor it would void the warranty. .I recieved a confirmation email for the order, my credit card was charged, and I even got an email saying the my order was shipped shortly after. But the email didn't say that only the filter part of the order was shipped, not the compressor. The following day I got an email from Pitstop telling me they refunded me for the compressor because it was out of stock. Why didn't they know this before they charged me? What kind of business advertises and charges for items they do not have? Took several days to recieve a credit on my charge account. Glad it was not close to my billing due date. The price seemed too good to be true and I apparently it was. Now I have a filter and no comoressor. Maybe they are overstocked with filters and this is a way of getting rid of them."
