"I ordered an HVAC blower motor. After 6 days I received my package. Opening the box the first thing I see is a letter explaining how to return a broken part. The next thing I see is ...The broken part! After waiting another week I receive the replacement. I go to change the part ,pull the old one out....PSA sent me the wrong part! I am now 5 emails deep trying to get info to return the wrong part. Shockingly the undamaged part had no info on returns or a return label the way the first,broken part did! They've asked for pictures and part numbers of the original ,that makes twice the part had to be removed with no actual repair, etch codes on the obvious wrong part. No of those things matter because I have lost all faith in this company to provide anything other than wasted time, effort and overall frustration. Never ever use PIT STOP AUTO, ever. They suck."
