"They shipped the phone by Fedex requiring an "adult signature". We are not home during the day, so, it was quite a challenge to get the package. We finally had to drive to Evansville, In, 50 miles away, on the weekend to get the phone from FedEx.

I tried calling Pixycell to get them to remove that requirement with Fedex, but, they wouldn't answer the phones.
