" There level of incompetents is 2nd to none and there customer service is horrible. I ordered from them twice with the same poor results. Missing hard wear many products on back order they do not communicate to there customers and after 3 to 4 weeks when you reach out to them they simply cancel your order then your waiting another week to get your refund. If ypu do t have brakes to sale then do t sale brakes it's that simple. Sadly they order the parts ypu order from them then in turn they mark up the price and then ship your product. So why would anybody wanna pay more for lies, poor communication, terrible customer service and incompetent orders?"

"Ordered front EBC yellow pads for my jeep grand cherokee DP41732R(and rear yellows + front rear EBC dimpled/slotted rotors+ EBC fluid) received DP41723R for Chrysler 300C. They called me first thing Saturday morning to resolve the issue, Luis was extremely nice and sincere in quickly making the order right. They immediately shipped out a few bottle of EBC brake fluid for the mistake and are next day shipping the correct brake pads on the first available business day. "Highly Disatisfied with this site's shipping. I ordered some rotors and pads, The entire time when I check the order it states processing (not backordered or any other status,) it has been 14 days (only 10 business days) and it still has not shipped. I called them and the Lady that answered was pleasant at first until I discussed my distaste with their shipping and updates. She then became rude and lost all good customer service skills. She checked and said the parts would be shipping out next Tuesday which would be "within the 7-14 business shipping time." Officially the 13th day, that is not within the 7-14 business day shipping time (that usually means that you will receive it by then) The price for the items may have been great but their Customer Service is some of the worst. I know, I work for one of the top 3 in the country.
This is their exact Shipping statement:

Orders of $50.00 or more are shipped GROUND free of cost to the 48 continental United States within 7-14 business days.""
"Just received my partial shipment of EBC brakes. Ordered rotors and pads and received free shipping 7 to 14 days. They took the full 14 days to ship and then only the rotors as the pads are on back order and they don't know when they will be available. I have been billed the entire amount of the purchase including the pads. I called and requested a prepaid UPS label to return them and was told they would wave the 25% restocking charge but I would have to pay the shipping. When I asked why they shipped just the rotors and they said because when the pads come in the rotors may have been out of stock. I asked why they didn't call me and asked what I wanted to do, they said that's not how they do it. They make their money on shipping as they are betting most will not be willing to wait 2 weeks for their order to ship. Send a letter to the BBB and any other consumer office."
