"So here is my story.
I orderd iphone 13 pro max in November 3. I accepted that the phone wasn’t there and it would take some time to came in greece. They told me that it would be here by 10ths of December. I said okay. After 15 of December they are calling me and saying that 13 pro max isn’t available for 2 more months, do you want 12 pro max? We have it here. I said okay. I ordered the phone on Thursday morning and they told me that my order would be in my house by 12:00 or max 12:30pm. Today is Saturday im still waiting for my order… they said it will be on 20/12/21 (after calling for 1 and half hours)…
I want to say, that this is none responsible, horrible company… with disgusting services. And horrible delivery I will never trust them anymore. And never gonna buy anything from them :))) you are torturing people.

Πως ΓΙΝΕΤΑΙ να υπαρχει νομοθεσια αν χαλασει ο πελατης κατι στο καταστημα πρεπει να πληρωθει απο τον πελατη και οταν χαλανε τον υπολογιστη του πελατε στο service του Πλαισιο, το Πλαισιο να μην ευθύνεται????
Είχα φέρει τον υπολογιστή μου στο κατάστημα σε πολύ καλή software κ hardware κατάσταση έτσι ωστε να καθαριστεί το cpu. Δεν παρουσιάζει κανένα πρόβλημα ο υπολογιστής αφού το τσέκαραν στην αρχη οτι δουλευε. Απλα ήθελα να το καθαρίσω μιας και πρεπει να καθαρίζετε ένας υπολογιστής κάθε 2 χρόνια για προλιπτικούς λόγους.
Οταν το παρέλαβα απο το service, ο υπολογιστής ούτε καν που άνοιγε, ήταν shut. Το στέλνουν στα κεντρικά γραφεία της ΗP, λαμβάνω τον υπολογιστή μετά από 2 εβδομαδες με πρόβλημα οπου οι μπαταριες δεν αναγνωριζοταν, και να μ λενε οτι η μητρικής πλακέτα θελει αντικατασταση.
Πληρωσα 25 ευρω για τον καθαρισμό και τώρα αναγκάζομαι να πληρώσω αλλά 400 ευρώ για τη μητρική πλακέτα, η οποια βραχυκλωσε κατά τη διαρκεια του καθαρισμού του υπολογιστή μιας και ο υπολογιστης λειτουργουσε κανονικα στην αρχη που το ειχα φερει.
Αποτελεσμα?
1. Άθλια εξηπηρετηση μιας και δεν με ενημέρωσε κάνεις ότι ο υπολογιστής ήταν για παραλαβή τις 2 φορες που ήταν έτοιμο για παραλαβη.
2. Χαλια εποικηνωνια κ δεν βγάζεις άκρη!. Να κατηγορούν το πελάτη για άσχετο χτύπημα στο υπολογιστή. Και ποιος υπολογιστής δεν έχει χτυπισει λιγο? Δούλευε ο υπολογιστής όταν το έφερα? ΝΑΙ. Λειτουργεί όταν είναι να το παραλάβω μετά το καθαρισμό? ΟΧΙ
Ξεκάθαρα κατά την καθαρισμό του υπολογιστή, χάλασαν την μητρική πλακέτα. ΜΠΡΑΒΟ ΣΑΣ! Φταιει το service και αναγκαζετε να πληρωσει ο πελατης?? Που ειναι ο κανονας για τοιχον μ@λ@κιες του Πλαισιο, το Πλαισιο ευθυνετε??

After repeatedly phoning them to find out were my products are or to return my money, I was told each time that I ll be phoned back.....thing that never happened. A week and 6 phone calls later I have no products on my hands, nor my money and obviously no reply for Plaisio. Absolutely untrustworthy and unprofessional. Basically the robbed me (60euro). "
"Bought a Wintab Turbo.x and after 6 weeks it crashed. Windows would not load and the tablet was dead. I must say that I used CClean as Microsoft were downloading updates all the time and my internal memory was going down from 16gb to 8gb and CClean sorted it out as well as deleting useless Windows updates. I also have a Turbo.X laptop that I am writing on now and I have used CClean on it for years. It still works! I called Plaisio and they said no problem, bring it in and we will reinstall windows for you. Took it in and they said, no it must go to Athens and the charge is €30 and it will take five days. Got home and the phone went, please come to pick it up! They said that the tablet was infected by CClean. We said not possible and then they said it was infected by many malware and virus programmes. I can assure you that this was not the case. The people you speak to in Plaisio will not listen to you and do not care about you. I will not pay the €30 to give them more of my money. I write this only for one reason, don't give them your money. I lost mine, DONT LOSE YOURS"

They use Turbo-X as a brand name for their product s but they are the worst products ever.
Turbo-X is more chinese than chinese.

"Don't buy from them. Stay away from them. I bought a "turbo x" laptop brand name owned to them and was a real scrap. They said that has fast and excelent customer support if something happens but when happened (didn't work the graphic card) demand from me 50% of starting buying price to fix it. The most strange thing was that this laptop suddenly crashed 10 days afterwards the expire of 1 year warranty (not 2 years as the most reliable brands always give). I tried to explain to manager of the store that its only 10 days only that warranty was expired but he spoke me so much rudeness and he didn't want to listen me. When I asked him why he has so bad behavior, he told me that if i don't like it, I can go and freely make a complaint. Finaly, I never go again to this awful unfriendly store and the scrap "turbo x" went direct to the garbage.
