"One order is all I needed to know I will never be placing an order here again. I ordered over $100 of soil amendments. I was short one of the items (the cheapest one I ordered, $8). I sent them an email to let them know, I sent in pictures and for the week that followed I was never updated. I had to send a follow up email and call in to their store before somebody finally sent me an email to tell me that all their weights match what was sent. After I told them to keep the item and my money they finally issued the replacement. I'm glad I only ordered a small amount of items before I made my large purchase so I knew the true character of this company. Items and prices are great (if you ever get them)"

"Ordered apple maggot traps, order was acknowledged by e-mail that same day. Never received tracking information, but FedEx Ground shipment was received promptly (five days). Shipping costs maybe a tad high ($11.95 for a one-pound plus box), but not outrageous. I was especially pleased they used biodegradable shipping peanuts, not styrofoam or similar. Overall, well satisfied and would definitely order from them again."
