"I have been ordering from PlasmaLED for around half a year now and and just received my fourth order with no hitches or glitches to speak of on any of them. PlasmaLED is on my personal list of dependable, reliable e-stores to purchase from and for what items I order(Raw component led's 5mm, 8mm, 10mm in 100 pack quantity various colors) their prices come close to what I would be spending at direct from China e-stores(a couple they actually beat their price to my door) and without the long wait, holdups at coustoms at both ends. Delivery time has been 5 business days or less but keep in mind that they ship from two locations here in the USA so a full order might be split up into more then one mailing.
CS is really quite fast on any inquiry you might have. During regular business hours I've gotten a reply in as soon as 15 minutes. Afterhours it carried over to the morning of the next business day. Since I order unique size, output and/or color raw led's when I'm about to place the order I'll e mail beforehand to check the availability also to let them know to be expecting a PayPal send. I'm very much pleased with PlasmaLED's items, service, prices, fast order processing and shipment. If I place a order in the morning I have been getting the tracking number info same day. I give PlasmaLED a grade of A++ on my experiences with them."
