"Horrible site! Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. I ordered an LCD TV on 27 Jan and promptly received an email telling me to wait 24-48 hours for them to call me. I didn't hear anything from them the first 24 hours, so I took the intiative and tried to call them the second day. One of the numbers on their website didn't even exist anymore. The other number would ring a few times and eventually disconnect. I called a few times throughout the day and could not get ahold of anyone. After the 48 hours expired I sent them an email threatening to cancel the order if they did not respond. Well, they didn't, but I was feeling generous for some reason and called them just one more time. And I actually got someone to answer the phone! It turns out that they put my order on hold for those two days because they wanted to sell me a stand or wall mount to go with the TV. Utterly absurd! I told them I didn't want one and they said ok, they'll go ahead and process the order. So, after another day of waiting, I get another email saying there's a problem with my credit card. Which is completely false. Every other store has managed to figure out how to charge this exact card... except for Plasma Wholesale. The email also arrive Friday afternoon, right before they close up ridiculously early for the weekend. So, now it's Monday, a full week after my order was placed, and still nothing. This was the last straw. I went out on a limb in spite of the mediocre at best reviews out there, and I have definitely learned my lesson. Stay away!!!"

"Plasmawholesale.com is the worst. I ordered a TV on 12/4/2007. My purchased was never shipped. I canceled my order on 1/14/2008, and as of 2/8/2008 they still haven't refunded my money. Avoid these creaps like the plague."

"Very unsatisfied. I placed an order on 12/8/07 for a Sharp - LC46D82U 46 inch 1080p LCD Display TV that PlamaWholesale.com represented as being in stock. Shipping was to be within 48 hours, free, and arrive in 10-14 days. As of today, 1/2/2008, I have not heard anything from them. During the time I thought it's because of the holidays season they would be slow but no phone calls or email to let me know what is going on? I email them twice and nothing!! I tried calling them twice, the first time (December 17th) I waited an hour and a half to get through to someone. I asked what's the status and guy told me it's about to be process soon. I called them again on December 24th and I had to wait for way too long so I hanged up. And now I'm calling them the third time trying to cancel the order. Now I'm on the phone waiting for about 35 minutes while writing this review. For the next buyer, save yourself the headaches and dont' deal with these guys! I will never shop from them again. And I would NOT recommend anyone to shop at Plasmawholesale.com!!

Update: I finally gotten through the phone and tried to cancelled my order, the guy told me I couldn't cancel!! I asked him why not?? He said because I agreed to buy it already???? I told the him cancel my order or I'll reject his shipment and be ready to dispute it with my credit card company. Man...never again!!!"

"Very unsatisfied. Placed order on 2/18/07for 2 Toshiba LCD TV (a 26" and a 42") that PlamaWholesale (PW) represented as being in stock. Shipping was to be within 48 hours, free, and arrive in 10-14 days. Next day received call from salesman trying to update me to expedited delivery and extended warranty for a couple hundred bucks each. I declined and everything went downhill from there.

Called PW on 3/6/07 to check my order. Kept on hold for about 15 minutes, then bounced around through PW personnel, each time being kept on hold too long. Finally, left my number for a return call, which was returned in about 15 minutes -- the only good experience with PW. I was told that neither TV was in stock, the 42' was to arrive the following week and the 26" was on backordered. I asked for an e-mail notification when shipping date was known but none ever came.

Called PW again on 3/19/07 and on 3/23/07. After waiting on hold too long each time, I left my number for return calls, which were not returned. On checking PW's web site, I learned that my order was not in its file system.

Not much sense in further communication with PW. I will be cancelling my orders and will never do business with PW again.
