"I ordered a pioneer plasma 6010FD from Roman. The display arrived at a my house ahead of schedule. There was no damage to the box. The display was perfect. However, the manufacturer forgot to include a critical piece for the stand. I called Roman and we conference called Pioneer to order the missing part, and he paid for express shipping out of his own pocket. I received it 2 days later. That's customer service!"

The 1st unit I received was damaged in transit, but Roman had a replacement at my doorstep less than 48 hours later. That was even before they picked up the damaged one. Most places wont do that for a $5 item let alone an expensive plasma. They all want to receive the old one first.
