"this company are scamming people by using cd covers from special and limited edition games to draw you in and pay higher prices then sending you the keys for standard editions.

"This company is a total scam. they say that they are selling games, but what they are actually selling is CODES for you to download the games from Valve-Steam. Of course they don't tell you this anywhere on their page.

Then when they complete the transaction and you find out that what you're getting is a code the problem only gets worse. The codes they sell you are NOT VALID TO BE USED IN THE USA. When you ask why your code is rejected by Steam as "not being vald in your country" they give you some instructions to use a VPN in RUSSIA or UKRAINE for you to download your game from Steam as if you were in those countries.

When even this doesn't work they want you to give them YOUR CREDENTIALS to your steam account so they can activate the code for you. God knows what they do while in your Steam account.

EVEN WHEN YOU BUY THROUGH PAYPAL YOU ARE NOT PROTECTED BECAUSE PAYPAL WILL TELL YOU THEY DON'T PROTECT AGAINST "INTANGIABLE GOODS"...

Well Hell if I had known I was buying a CODE instead of an actual GAME I would have taken a pass on it...

To be honest, this is even a review on PayPal because I would have gotten more buyer protection if I had bought it through a credit card instead of through PayPal.

"Ordered Reaper of Souls 7 A.M. Singapore time, 24 hours later no key but I was charged. Filed dispute with Paypal, expecting to have to escalate to claim. No response from company on customer support attempt or from dispute, although order status changed from QUEUED to FAILED.

On the page for Reaper of Souls it says "INSTANT" for delivery time.
Under their FAQ it says "Keys which are out of stock will usually be restocked on the same day." I'm not willing to wait up to a week for a key I should have received "INSTANT"ly. Same day service at least, or don't advertise "INSTANT" keys when you are "Out of stock"."

"I bought BF3 from this company, and terribly regret it, as now I can't even play the game. They sell you the code for a Russian download, and then expect you to change the language to English so you can actually play unless you happen to read Russian. Not a big deal in theory, but the problem is that in the instructions for changing the language the most important download of all gives a "File not found" error and has for months now. I have sent them a customer support message through their website multiple times over the past month or 2 and they haven't so much as responded. I tried downloading the language files through Google but all the files on other websites didn't work.

"I'd never heard of Play-SC.com before, but it showed up on Google Shopping when shopping around for Grid 2. I wanted to buy the game, but didn't want to pay $50 for it. This site was certified via Paypal and Google Shopping, but I wanted to know more information.

I checked out a couple review sites such as this one, this one being the most critical, but a lot of what people complained about is something that is easily resolved. I got the game for $14 less than if I were to just buy it through Steam. It took a while longer, but it was explained to me in an email response I got from their customer service, the UK release of the game is May 31, but they'd release the codes on the 30th, today. I got my code in my email, activated it in Steam, and I'm now downloading Grid 2. Will I actually have to wait until tomorrow to play it, I don't know. I guess I'll find out once it's downloaded, but even so, that's not that big of a deal. Where else am I going to get such a good deal? It's a brand new game which activates through Steam for about 72% of the price on Steam.

I just want people to know that, I was weary of trying this site, but I took a risk, and I think it was worth it. They don't have the fastest service, but the prices are unbeatable...well, unless Steam is having a decent sale.
