Terrible treatment on the phone!

"(Sept 2020) The current owner and customer service man is one of the most stubborn and tight people I have ever dealt with. He will argue with you over the smallest matters; batteries not included wasn't clear on the site and so he told me he would send me some, but goes back on his word and just doesn't. Also changed the web site statements later after this clarification issue was brought up by me and wouldn't admit it, just to save himself a few dollars. Rather than doing the simple fix to the situation he had originally stated he would! Much more concerned about his pennies, than having Satisfied customers.... just terrible customer service!  If you buy from them make sure that you are clear on everything and won't need to call and get this guy on the phone. Bad experience!"

Company knows how to treat customers

"I ordered a set of the V3 Deluxe Lighted Bocce balls and they are fantastic. So much fun to play with at night. One of the yellow balls would turn off most times it was thrown or bumped by another ball. I emailed playaboule on Memorial day about it and I still got a response the same day. The reply was simply they were sending a new part and had the tracking number. I was very impressed with the speed and service demonstrated by the company. No questions or hassle to get a new part."

"This company offers a great service importing the best quality bocce balls to the USA. My order was taken seriously & shipped out right away. Their pricing is truly amazing & I appreciate their work breaking down the original packaging for the best shipping option - USPS Priority flat-rate; a service that delivers within two days, is inexpensive, & comes with some amount of insurance. My advice is to not buy inferior balls locally at a chain store but to have some patience.. spend a little more $ & wait 2 to 3 days for your order to arrive. I wish this company much success & hope to deal with them in the future."

"Delivery of engraved bocce set has been delayed two weeks making gift late. If it arrives and looks good, I'll still be a happy customer. They did notify me of the delay and offered to cancel order and give full refund if I wished. Seem quite professional. "
