"Playaboule delivered! I ordered the FS set - regulation size, but slightly heavier than tournament play requires. They shipped fast, just like the other reviews claim, and the product looks great, just as advertised. There are some very slight imperfections visible up close, but I don't think they will either throw off the balance or lead to structural weakness. Overall, they look great and I'm looking forward to playing some matches this summer. "
" The Bocce balls arrived in three days. So far I like the new push button system, the older ones worked well, but sometimes had to be wrenched down to make a connection.
This has been one of my favorite games for years. We bring them camping, to bbq's, bond fires, and even for evening trips to the beach."
"Fast shipping and V3 bocce balls are the best! Be careful not to screw in the plugs too tight when replacing batteries or you will damage the plugs. I wish that I was warned better about that problem but I just ordered new plugs and got them within a couple days and I'm good to go. In response to the Playaboule comment I must say that when I called to complain that several of my plugs were not working I was told that it was my fault for screwing them in too tight. I didn't make up this problem. "
"Changing the batteries and re-inserting the tabs to prevent battery drain during storage is a bit tricky. Instructions for doing these tasks are very limited. If Playaboules has a small tool for performing these tasks, it would be a nice addition to the package. It would probably also help if they spelled out tips for doing these 2 tasks.
I just received my package. I've only tested a couple balls to see if they light up properly, and they do. Haven't had a chance to play with them yet, but they look pretty cool."

“As soon as we saw this review we contacted the reviewer. Right on the phone he said package had in fact arrived that day. I reminded him that he chose the cheapest shipping method available. That a week traveling from the USA into Canada was perfectly normal and reasonable. Also pointed out that we have no control over either the US or Canadian postal services or indeed any other carrier. He agreed and said he would delete or modify the review. He didn't do either. So we emailed him asking if he could reconsider. No reply.
1) We shipped the same day the order came in.
2) The customer chose the cheapest shipping method described at checkout as 1st Class International mail. Other fast options were offered and listed.
4) The package was traveling internationally and arrived within the guidelines of both the US and Canadian postal services.
So for one $9.98 item that we shipped the same day we get a 1 star review because the "the method of shipping was unsatisfactory" The method he chose, delivered by a service that we ( or any customer, yes you that are reading this, that ships their own items ) have no control over, but was still delivered within post service guidelines.
This business is our livelihood. These unreasonable ratings effect our business as it drags our overall score down.
The fact is it us Playaboule that choose to make this ratings service available. It was not a risk for us as we strive to give incredible service, great products at the lowest prices and fast out the door times. And most of our customers that take the time to write a review comment on that. Thank you to those customers.”

“While we appreciate the feedback this is the one and isolated case and is NOT a problem with the plugs. We have sold thousands of the V3 sets and this is the first mention ever about the V3 plugs being damaged when screwing them back in. From a design and use perspective the only way damage could happen is if excessive force is used and the plug is jammed in place or grit is on the threads and not cleaned off before screwing back in. We would agree that screwing any product "in too tight" can cause damage, but a warning not to do that??”
