"I ordered a Frigidaire refrigerator from Plesser's and it had a broken leveling screw. The customer service agent at Plesser's arranged for a repairman to fix this issue. However, when the repairman came he didn't bring the part. He looked the refrigerator over, took pictures and said he had to order the part. It was another week before he returned with the part. Upon replacing the broken screw he discovered the housing was bent and said that it appeared that the refrigerator was probably dropped. He claimed that the refrigerator would probably run just fine and refused to check to see if the refrigerator was operational. After attempting to level the refrigerator with the replaced screw part we plugged it in and heard a terrible rattling noise. We then opened the back panel and discovered a several major parts all out of alignment. We called Plesser's and asked for a refund or a new refrigerator. Another repairman was sent to assess the damage and submitted a report to Frigidaire for the warranty. Again we requested a refund or replacement. The customer agent told us that it would be quicker to get a replacement so we scheduled another delivery date for a replacement. When the replacement refrigerator arrived it was unpacked on our driveway for us to inspect. This replacement was also damaged, both side panels were bowed out. The delivery people said that half their deliveries were rejected because of defects. I asked them if it was a problem with the Frigidaire brand or was it an issue with the company we got it from. They did not know. Only that they were discovering damaged refrigerators after unpacking them for inspection. We called both Plesser's and Frigidaire trying to figure out who was responsible for sending out damaged refrigerators. We never got a return call from Frigidaire and we requested an immediate refund from Plesser's. Plesser's told us it would take several weeks to issue a refund. When we threatened to call our bank to get back our money for fraudulent merchandise they expedited our refund. We finally did get our refund, but will never order another appliance from Plesser's or another Frigidaire appliance.

"I was able to purchase a new refrigerator from Plessar's at a similar price for a Sear's scratch and dent version. THE scratch and dent didn't work costing me a small fortune in frozen meat. Plessers offered a same size brand new fridge straight out of the box for a similar price. Great macine at a wonderful price! The price for our LG refrigerator was over $200 cheaper than any other location and they shipped it to Texas FREE (with a rebate), plus included 10 year parts only warranty, again FREE. The movers did scratch the freezer door, but Plesser's directed us to LG, who took care of replacing the door promptly. Plesser's followed up to make sure we were taken care of. Outstanding customer service at all points of the purchase. We would definitely use them again. Best appliance purchase experience ever. "
"Not 5 stars because of the delivery people. Easy call to order my new range, very cooperative, informative, and helpful. All went exactly as planned, shipped on date requested. Once in the hands of the delivery people it got held up and after several calls it finally came, about a week and a half late. Doesn't sound like much until you live without a range that long. All in all I am happy with the experience, the range is great and beautiful and I would definitely shop Plesser's again."
