"Ordered an LG Gas Dryer and was promised delivery in 2 to 3 weeks. Wait 4 weeks and no dryer. So I called them only to find out that it was back ordered from LG. I would not have placed the order if they had indicated it was not in stock.
So I had them switch it to the LG Electric clothes dryer that was supposed to be in stock. Still waiting. Two weeks since I changed my order. Just called and they said it would ship next Tuesday. It is Wednesday today. So I'm still looking at another 3 weeks. Worst company ever.
There are no communications from this company. None. No online status. They just take your money and sit back and wait for you to call them on it. I don't understand the good ratings. The reviews must be fake."

"I ordered a Samsung refrigerator from Plesser's and they called me during the processing and delivery to make sure I was informed. The refrigerator water dispenser did not work properly when I received it and the got a Samsung technician out to my hose to repair it quickly. They really care even after the sale. I will buy from them again."
