"Not good. Not good at all. They said 2-4 weeks for me to receive the black hoodie, but multiple emails and 7 weeks later, a shipping label was created. 4 weeks in when I got no definitive answer about the shipping and delivery date, I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money, b/c...let's face it...I could pick up a black hoodie just about anywhere. But they didn't cancel or refund :( Not ordering anything through Plum District again."

"I finally gave up on Plum District. I wanted to like them. The deals sounded great, but over half the time I got a deal, the vendor could not fulfill the orders. The deal with Ecomom was great - but when you went to the website they were out of everything they had, save a few random items no one would want. It was resolved, after many many months, but I didn't get my items in time for Christmas, which was many weeks after the deal. This also happened with Say Yes to Carrots. They repeatedly said they couldn't ship items I had ordered. It took over a month to receive the items which I had to beg them to send...meantime, every big box store in the area had these items in stock on their shelves. I contacted Plum District about both of these and they contacted the vendors - which took some time. After prodding, they pushed the vendors to make good. I just don't want to have to work so hard to get a good deal...I don't have the time."

"Horrible, horrible, horrible. I purchased a deal and the provider (cleaner, window cleaner) refused to answer calls and would not provide the service. PLUM DISTRICT WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY EVEN IF THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE or PRODUCT. I have put in repeated claims with BBB and emailed Plum District repeatedly. They only offer "plum dollars" which are extremely restrictive - you cannot purchase the vast majority of the deals with these. Basically anything a normal person would want. They stole $75 from me and refuse to return it. I was provided nothing of value in return. STAY AWAY unless you have money to burn."

"Plum District is a TERRIBLE site. I purchased a $7 family circle magazine subscription. After my purchase, it showed that I had bought two. I checked my bank account to see if I had been charged for one or two, and there was only one $7 charge, but later that night two additional charges of $27 each appeared on my statement. Now my account shows no deals bought. I think they may have linked my credit card with someone else's account, which allowed them to purchace with my card. There is almost no contact information on their webpage. No phone, no address, just a live chat which never has anyone available and customer support email which is very slow in responding and can't seem to find any purchases linked to me. They have, however, taken $61 of my money. I checked reviews on line, and found multiple complaint from people not getting what they paid for. I have already filed a dispute with my credit card company. "

"Easy to use, fun and full of deals for local and online vendors. I keep vouchers in my car for ordering pizza, restaurants, movies and love to find great presents. I leave on vacation and found this great Tanning Place. I have never had a problem with any of the vouchers I have used from Plum District."

"In the Plum District FAQs it states, "Our contracts with vendors require us to honor every deal sold." Really? Then why all the complaints with the Target/Restaurant.com offer from Dec. 15-16? Because Plum District failed to honor the deal and cancelled most of the orders. Not all of them according to the lone 5-star rating. Why fulfill some and not all? Plum District is a shady company. Stay far, far away."

"Ordered a Target card from them on 12/15/11. Have yet to receive it and zero communication from Plum District about it either. Talk about poor service!

I feel they just hold the money for a month and then refund it eventually, but you have to actually ask for a refund or you'll never see it. Seems like scam to me. Now I have to dispute with my credit card company. Of course Plum was were very quick to charge my account the very same day I ordered. Yet a month later, no gift card. Come on...I smell a rat! There's a Target store on every corner, if they promised gift cards to people and for whatever reason their supplier can't send them out, Plum should drive over to the nearest Target store, buy them there and ship them out in good faith as promised. Shameful!

"Held my money for over a month. No gift card. Kept making promises that the giftcard was ALREADY MAILED OUT. Now they sent me an email saying they will not be able to fulfill the order and they'll refund my money. Still awaiting the refund."

"Order the target/restaurant.com deal on 12/16, redeemed the codes on the same day. Any questions take more than 1 week to answer through email. Plumdistrict mentioned that it was sent out on 1/4 on facebook and everything will be sent out within 3 weeks. Received refund on 1/12 with a sorry excuse that their vendor can not deliver even though they said it was sent out already. Stay away from this deal site. Or at least stay away when they offer anything gift card related."
