"I ordered a kitchen faucet and expected delivery in 2-3 days. I had not received a shipping notification, so a week later I called them to inquire about my order. They then informed me that the item was out of stock and it would be shipping 2-3 weeks later than promised. Not sure why their online portal allowed me to order and pay for an item that was not in stock. No one bothered to inform me of this and had I not called I am not sure when I would have found out. I cancelled the order and placed it with another vendor who shipped it the same day that I ordered it. "

With email order communication, their could be an additional email to let customer know their order has shipped out other than getting a text from FedEx with tracking info. "I placed my order but on the last step to complete my order I was sent to bogus page . It looked like the order didn't go thru.silly me I tried 3 more times. My shopping cart was still full. I then checked order status and found all my tries had generated orders. That's when I tried to cancel my order with customer service all I got was lies and a runaround. they didn't email me that my order was complete or any order information. this was on a friday. The orders weren't due to ship for at least 2wks. today is the following tue. and I just received a text that they couldn't cancel order because it was shipped. They gave me a shipping number but no carrier info. I have stopped payment. don't believe any of these bogus good reviews"
