"Bought a Gerber toilet bowl and tank from them in mid November 2020. 21 day lead time zero communication from them. Emailed on eta no response. So I canceled the after the 30 day mark. Next day my acct was charged and it was shipping right away I thought great happy wife happy life! Received tank on Dec 26 picked up the box off the porch and heard that sound! Opened box poor use of foam to secure box inside of bigger box! Tank was in pieces. Virtually no foam on bottom side of box. Fragile was on outside! Received the bowl a day later and it was fine. Sent pics in email showing damage and how should we proceed? No response waited till the following Monday to call and talk to someone. The lady I talked to said sorry to hear and that someone else has started the order for a new tank! Another 21 day lead time for the new tank. I called Gerber and asked them if the tank was in stock they said yes plenty of them but they could not drop ship to me. So I called them on Jan18th see what the status was. I was then told late February is when it would be in ... I told them refund me the tank and shipping and they said yes on the tank refund but no on shipping! So I called a local supply house I usually don’t buy Gerber products from and he said if I waited on the stock order no shipping charges .... I said great let’s do that.... He called on Jan 21st saying tank was in ... Special order had to pay shipping because they didn’t stock that style !!!! Original shipping was $79.59 from plumberstock.com. New tank cost me $65.00 from Gerber to supply house and they know how to package fragile items! If your buying non breakable they are probably ok! This plumber learned a lesson and does not recommend them! Poor communication all the way around !!!"
