"Website indicated 16 day turnaround - a long wait time. The reality is that they have no control nor ability to meet their projection. Now a month later and still waiting. The service staff answers quickly and is very nice, but nothing they report seems to be supported by facts or actions. After four calls, I finally received a shipping notification and my first glimmer of hope that the items had been shipped. Here’s hoping!
