They replied by Email only,10 days to get my Woodward rebuild kits which were awesome by the way. Their customer side of the website is a joke at least by mobile phone.

"Placed a small order and it arrived very fast, well packaged - and treated as if my company (Sole Proprietorship) was an essential business. I am the handyman / maintenance guy for a small subdivision of 36 homes, mostly built by the same contractor in the 1990's and all with radiant heat. Grundfos pumps are used throughout each home with a few replacements being of another brand. These "Grundfos Mri Run Indicator Magnetic Rotation Instrument Keys" are a great gift for the homeowner - when a heating issue arises, they normally let me know, they have checked the pumps and if they are running or not - a simple but effective tools and it makes them feel they are helping. Highly recommend these little gifts and all have appreciated receiving them. "
