"On March 26th I ordered a Delta RP80977 Magnet Removal & Replacement kit for our Delta Touch Kitchen faucet. Received this order March 30th with the removal/install tool but no magnets. When I contacted them they asked I take pictures of the packaging?? Since this was obviously a fulfillment error on their end, and this is a major household faucet in our kitchen, I asked if they could expedite the missing magnets and/or include additional magnets for my trouble. I received an email April 1st from "Franz, Team Leader" stating replacements would be shipped within 24 hours, but on April 3rd I received another "Franz email" stating it had been shipped with a tracking number that never worked, So I left a voicemail for "Franz" requesting confirmation of the the shipment's arrival status but got zero response! Finally received the package on April 6th which had neither been expedited nor contained extra magnets as I suggested. I seriously believe "Franz" is not an actual person and caution anyone risking a project with this customer support... "
"What is wrong with these people? They cannot even make a simple drawing of a part — it looked like a child drew it and it was egregiously wrong (Brizo RP39922 Horizontal Rod), not to mention missing the most important information of all: dimensions (e.g., the ball was small and had to be removed and replaced with the right-sized one from an old part). In addition, could never find anyone competent enough to provide such dimensions (even from Brizo themselves!). In this time of everything online, the first brain-dead requirement is to have detailed descriptions/engineering drawings of parts in order to obtain the right one, but lo and behold, no such intelligence exists in this case. Is this why AI is needed now? And these folks claim to be the best in the business to boot!"
