"Impossible to speak with someone at their warehousing location (as they say) in Cedar City Utah. When an issue arises you speak with someone in the Philippines. Really then try to put you off or blame you for anything so they do not have to fix their issue. I immediately disputed the charge with my credit card company and sent pictures of the product they sent with a broken piece. They continue to ask me to send them another picture. "

"Had the best price around even after shipping shipping speed was average nothing arrived damaged one item was wrong but I think it was mislabeled in the item name because there were 2 of the same item names listed but had different prices and product descriptions but I contacted them they didn't really communicate with me but they issued a refund for the item not the shipping which kind of okay because I bought multiple items but I wish they would of just switched out for the correct one I used PayPal for payment because I looked at reviews on the other payment option on the website and it was pretty bad but I had no issues with pay pal"
