"I was looking for an organic latex mattress, and I couldn't decide between Plushbeds, Zenhaven, or Avocado. I ruled out Zenhaven after reading all the reviews, and after seeing that they only use talalay latex in their mattress, which is super soft (most of the complaints are comfort & sag related). and talalay is definitely not organic.

Avocado advertises itself as "natural", which I've learned in mattress speak really means "still filled with polyurethane and chemicals". So no thanks. I went with the Botanical Bliss from Plushbeds because it uses organic latex, and because I wanted something comfortable that, for this money, would last me 20 years, not 5 years. I'm 6 months in, and so happy with my choice. I find myself sleeping better, and being more productive during the day. Definitely the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned.

I considered giving only 4 stars because customer service could have been more friendly (I called in my order), but considering they make each mattress per order, I guess that keeps them busy, and everything was handled professionally, "

"This company has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I tried to place an order online for a Talalay Latex mattress topper. I never received an email confirmation or an order #...BUT, they sure charged my credit card immediately. I tried to contact customer service for information on my order, but you cannot reach customer service directly. Instead, you speak to an "off-site" receptionist who passes your message to someone in customer service. I tried to cancel the order to no avail. Finally, a manager called me back (with dogs barking in the background) to offer me a discount on the price if I wanted to go forward with the purchase. I did not accept the discounted price and asked for a cancellation #. I got a verbal confirmation # but no refund has been issued in over a week. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card. Not a good experience at all. I would NEVER try to do business with this company again..."

"After being not satisfied with the latex mattress we ordered, I contacted customer service to return the mattress. After a few bumps in the road, the President of the company got involved and decided to send us a new mattress from their new supplier. We were able to keep the other mattress and donate it to charity at no cost to us. If we like the new mattress being sent we can keep or if we do not like it, they will pay all return shipping and refund our money. Although we had some initial concerns about the return policy, this company and its ownership provided excellent customer service and go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Once I receive the new mattress I will post another review on how it sleeps. Thank you Plush Beds!"

"The latex foam and quality of the mattress was wonderful, and it is a beautifully made product. However, the air system is terrible. We felt every tiny move. The noisy pump was not an issue, but transfer of motion caused us to return the PlushBed within days. If you decide to return your PlushBed, start the process EARLY. The customer service department is very helpful, but they don't seem to have enough help. :("
