ut to my surprise I had no issues. I purchased a car mount for my new Samsung Vibrant phone and also a solar panel charger. I placed the order on Aug 3rd and it shipped the same day (no tracking info ever sent though). I picked the one up on shipping which I believe was 2-3 days. I now have the package in hand and its Aug 5th. Everything looks to be in working order.
I honestly thought I was in for some trouble, but it seems to have went without a hitch. I used google checkout. Maybe that made a difference?
The only con I have is the solar panel is somewhat cheap quality wise. Granted it was only $30. It works great, but is straight from oversea's. Most of the writing on it is not english. Even though it works, I have a feeling they paid next to nothing for these. Little curious to see how long it will hold up. When the packaging has that fake suede like material that you get on stuff out of grab machines, you know its probably cheap, heh.
For all the techs out there, I ordered from the egg on the same day and I am still waiting on that order. Even though I should get it today. I consider anyone who beats the egg at shipping to be quick.
All in all though I am satisfied. I would order from them again.

First off, the owner and his wife should not be customer service! They have enough stress just owning this company, nevermind being Customer Service. I also believe that they need to make improvements to their Web Site. I am sorry, but their Product Descriptions and Pictures are very Misleading. They have to Understand how we the Customer are looking at this. They also need to take Good Criticim as an Opportunity to grow as Individuals and to Grow as a Company! Instead of getting so Upset and making situations worse. Sometimes in Life we have to Bite our Tongues and Move On. No matter what, your Customers should be your #1 Concern, Not the Money you are Making.
Their Products aren't the Best in quality, that's My Opinion. A lot of their stuff comes from China, do I need to say more! You can Lower your Prices as well! Their Products are way Over Priced! In a Nutshell, this Company in my Opinion, Needs a MakeOver!!!"
"I paid for Priority Mail Shipping and PocketSolutions shipped using First Class Mail. They refused to refund the extra money that I paid even though they did not give me the service that I paid for.

"I had a great experience. Wow! I usually check these reviews before I buy from a company, and didn't in this case. I most likely would not have bought from this company given these reviews. But honestly, I ordered a charger for my iPhone with a 7 to 10 day delivery schedule. The second I ordered I received a confirmation email of my order received. The next morning I received another email stating my order had been shipped already and it was here in just two days!! The item was exactly as described, fit my phone perfectly, and is working flawlessly so far. And they only charged me $1.89 for shipping!! On top of that, they gave me the option of requesting environmentally friendly packaging for free--no charge. "Go to Amazon.com and look up BargainCell they are friendlier and kicks this company's butt in pricing. I am pretty sure this company has employees fill out ratings on Google Checkout. There are 240 ratings that say just about the same thing about the company and then there are 24 that show the true colors (mine makes 25). I ordered back in June and they were horrendous business people. They still are the only ones that offer the silicone case for my phone and it makes me angry everytime I think about it. I don't want my money supporting such unprofessional, immoral people. There was a place to write a review of the company, and since I had called and talked to their customer service department (Mike's father) and was hung up, I told my story. My response from the company was the e-mail below and nasty phone conversations. I took it all the way to BBB but there isn't much they can do. Do not buy from this company.

I have left two phone messages, sent several e-mails via return e-mail to the address they responded to me from, and sent through their web site--contact us page. After receiving my e-mail outlining the clear misrepresentation of the product I ordered, they changed their web page. "I've ordered the Tungsten T5 cradle because on their site it said that it syncs with any USB port. Upon arrival on the 22nd, I found out that it charges but does not sync my T5 (I can sync with the USB cable from PalmOne). I emailed them instantly, asking for advice, if there is a driver or such that I need to install. I did not hear back. I emailed again and again did not hear back from them. No phone number on their website. The cradle had cost ~$35 and customer service so far has been zero."

I've emailed them over a dozen times since I placed my order. I'm only being reasonable and wanting to know if my order shipped and when I can expect to receive it. Dummy me, I should of looked at their website better. There is no contact telephone number and only a PO Box address. After close examination I only found one email address of which the must never check. It's ironic that the email address is ****@****. Wonder why they don't check it.
